HALO members' password reset
To reset your password, it is necessary for you to have an email address
held on file by HALO. Enter the email address, your user name or your HALO id
and click 'Request Password Reset'.
An email will be sent to you with a link
that must be followed to reset your password. Following that, a second email will
be sent with you new logon details
If you are a HALO member but your email has changed, or you don't know your user name or Id,
or have forgotten it, please email
