HALO Club Night Scunthorpe off to a good start.

The new club attracted 4 adults and 3 young people on a drizzly, damp, dank night.  They did some head to head racing and some competitive paired tactical placing and collecting of controls.  Alex Piercy, the coach, was very pleased with the turn out as am I.  Well done you tough stalwarts who managed to embrace the elements with open arms and very likely the appropriate clothing.  The Grimsby Club ran with 4 adults who braved similar conditions.  Next week, being 1/2 term for schools, both club nights will best be cancelled owing to the unavailability of some of those attending the first session.  Alex, hopefully, will see you all on the 7th November for more challenges and some opportunities to get some serious or not so serious exercise!
