Beverley Club Night Picnic and Summer plans

As discussed last Monday, we will continue to meet during the summer on the Westwood.

(Note there will not be one on August 5^th)

Next week we will meet at the southern side of Newbegin Pits to avoid traffic from the races.

My plan for next week is to put out a number of controls throughout the Westwood (secured with cable and positioned discretely (but accurately!).  I will use the SI boxes and a small marker kite.

You will then have 45 (maybe 60) minutes to go out and find as many as you can – the position will be marked on the map, unlike last week!  This way you can do as much or as little as you feel capable of.

If this works OK, we can replicate it in future weeks – but with different control locations and hopefully different planners.
