Only a small band of HALO members travelled to the Moray coast for this year’s 6 day event. Everyone else missed a treat, the areas were great, the weather was good (well, 2 wet days, but always warm and never windy) and all events were close together (max drive 30 minutes). In two years time the same area hosts the World Championships as well as the 2015 Scottish 6 day event – I would recommend it to anyone. There were over 4000 competitors this year, potentially even more in 2015.
Top of the class for HALO was Emma who was the W10B champion – brilliant! Close behind was John with a 3rd in M70S – well done.
