Coming soon to the North Bank – a Series of 4 x 45 minute Score Events in brand new areas.
Theses will be going back to basics using simplified Open Orienteering maps with no SI Boxes or kites at Control Points.
At the appropriate location – generally lampposts the code number will have to be written down to prove that the competitor has found the correct site.
Competitors will require pen, dibber (for Start and Finish only – can be borrowed FOC), head torch and hi-vis.
Our handicap system used in previous Pub Leagues will apply – scores, penalties & bonuses.
Below are the dates and venues – see website for exact start and finish closer to the date.
£3 entry fee
Note : the dates are alternate Wednesday’s with starts between 6 and 7 and they do not clash with the EBOR fixtures of a similar format which are held on the other Wednesday’s during the same period.
Wednesday 29th January – North Ferriby
Wednesday 12th February – Brough
Wednesday 26th February – Kirk Ella and Anlaby
Wednesday 11th March – Market Weighton
Under 16s need to be accompanied by an adult if competing at these events as all courses involve crossing roads.
