Thank you to all the HALO helpers who helped after the early morning Parkrun ( Mary (planner),Jackie, Brian, Paul, Mike, Peter, Sue and John). Not a great turnout, but understandable on a pretty wet and miserable day. Those that did turn up enjoyed their runs. Impressive effort from Mike - completing all four courses and the first HALO runner home in the Parkrun.
Footnote:- coaches should practice what they preach!
Next event - Hull old town. Urban league event 4, meeting at The Lion and Key, Staithes lane, Hull. Tuesday October 9th with starts from 6 to 7pm.
