      SATURDAY MIDDLE DISTANCE START LIST

      SATURDAY SPRINT START LIST

       SUNDAY START LIST

The Start Lists are above but the links are very faint.

Maprun Courses now available to download UK/East Yorkshire/Spring 2025/Westhill Maprun200625

Heatwave : as at Friday 20th the weather forecast for the Bridlington area is not as extreme as other areas of the country.

      Predicted race time temperatures:

      Friday 18:00 19#C

      Saturday 11:00 21#C

      Saturday 13:00 22#C

      Sunday 11:00 23#C

Obviously sun protection and hydration are still of importance.

Important note: When picking up maps in the Start Lane please ensure you pick up the correct Course Number – particularly on Saturday where some age classes have been amalgamated. WE DO NOT HAVE MANY SPARES.

NOTE: Limited Entries Still Open via Racesignup dependent on map availability.

Further Details can be found here

Thanks for all those who have entered the multitude of events.

First entry deadline is Sunday 15th June (midnight) – this may be extended to later in the week with an additional fee – dependant on map availability.

Thanks go to Peter and Christine Roberts for initially suggesting the suitability of Bridlington for Urban Orienteering. 4 areas in one relatively small town must take some beating.

There is full public access to the harbour and promenades (at all levels) so expect some spectacular views. The downside is that they can be busy and very busy if the sun is shining.

As far as we are aware there are no large events going on this weekend unlike previous weeks when kites, vintage cars and steampunks have all invaded the area.

As Bridlington is an outbase in HALO land (and it is holiday season) we are short of one or two helpers so if anyone can volunteer and assist the organisers please contact
