The Club is putting on some Maprun training sessions this Summer on both North and South Bank (alternating).
The eighth of these is on Wednesday 9th September at Barton
The ninth on Wednesday 16th September at Beverley
The tenth on Wednesday 23rd September at Ashbyville
Then we go into the Autumn programme
30th September Hull
7th October Thorne
14th October West Barton

If you wish to do this session in the morning on Wednesday (11.30am) and have your map printed please enter via HERO (by midday Tuesday) and state Brian to print map with the course you wish to run. If you wish to run at any other time state Self Print, still using HERO. Brian will charge £1 to £1.50 for the ones he prints. Please pay on the day.
The self print maps with courses will be sent to the individuals by email in a pdf format. (A4) on the Tuesday.
