The Club is putting on some Maprun training sessions this Summer on both North and South Bank (alternating).
The third of these is on Wednesday 5th August at Victoria Dock,Hull.

If you wish to do this session in the morning on Wednesday (11.30am) and have your map printed please enter via HERO (by midday Tuesday) and state Brian to print map with the course you wish to run. If you wish to run at any other time state Self Print, still using HERO. Brian will charge £1 to £1.50 for the ones he prints. Please pay on the day.
The self print maps with courses will be sent to the individuals by email in a pdf format. (A4) on the Tuesday.
