• /[halo_results_archive] — list of past events that have results, each
  linking through to that event's results
• /[halo_event_results id="123"] — full results for one specific event
  (replace 123 with the event's id). The results archive links generated
  by /[halo_results_archive] point to this shortcode automatically via a
  ?halo_event=ID URL parameter, so in practice you mostly just need one
  page containing /[halo_event_results] (no id) for this to work — put the
  archive shortcode on one page and the event-results shortcode on another,
  and link them together.
