2014 Schools Orienteering Finals

HALO have been involved with all four local authorities (Hull, East Riding, Lincs and NE Lincs), in the past few years, providing Orienteering competitions for the students at these schools.

N Lincs have already held their 2014 final at Brumby Hall with over 350 students from Year 5 to Year 9 taking part from 12 different schools. Brian Slater organised this successful event on March 26^th.

Below are the dates of the remaining finals:-

Monday 19^th May – Hull Final, Hymers College, Hull

Tuesday 20^th May – East Riding Final, Burton Constable Hall

Friday 23^rd May – NE Lincs Final, Oasis Academy Wintringham, Grimsby.

Friday 11^th July – Humber Games Final, Hymers College, Hull (the best teams from each authority compete against each other).

The eagle-eyed among you will realise that the three remaining local authority finals all take place in the same week!  If members are able to help at any of these event, it will be very much appreciated.  Assistance will also be required at the Humber Games Final in July.
