      HALO Annual General Meeting 2017

       

      This will be held at the North Ferriby Parish Hall, Church Road, HU14 3DA

      on Saturday 21st October 2017

       

      The meeting will follow the event at the Humber Bridge Country Park and it is expected that the meeting will be able to start at 4pm

       

      Any member who wishes to formally raise a point for discussion at the AGM should send details to Paul Simmons ( ), the Club Secretary, by 7th October, 2017 so it can be included in the agenda.

      The same date applies for anyone who wishes to propose a member to be on the Committee, or indeed to be Chairman as Neil Harvatt’s tenure will be ending, as required by club rules. Chairmen can only be in post for a period of three years.

       

      Following the AGM there will be a Pie and Peas Quiz night at the same venue and the club is hoping to field a team. The Quiz will be starting at 7pm and HALO members will be most welcome. It will cost £8 per person to participate. If this interests you contact Ken Hutson- whose contact details can be found in the members section of the website.
