Congratulations to 17 year old Charlotte Ward who finished 3rd in her heat at the British Elite Sprint Championships at Chorley on April 18th in a time of 13m 6s for the 2.1k course, only 1m 7s behind the winner, British team member Sarah Rollins. This qualified Charlotte for the A Final where she more than held her own, despite the exalted company, finishing in 15th place (2nd W18) in a time of 15m 50s for the 2.4k course, 2m 30s behind the winner and Elite Sprint Champion Sarah Rollins.
