Our Annual General Meeting will be held at East Park on September 17th 2016.
It will follow the event to be held there and it is expected that the meeting should commence at around 2:30pm.
In order to meet the conditions of notice laid down in the Club Constitution I have to advise that:
1. Nominations for candidates for election must be made in writing to the Secretary by September 2nd 2016
2. Items of business proposed by members for inclusion on the Final Agenda must also be made in writing to the Secretary by September 2nd 2016
Following this the Final Agenda for the meeting will be published on the website and through email by September 9th 2016
