George became the year 6 British Schools Champion at the BSOA Championships held at Delamere Forest on 18 November.
George completed the 1.8k course in 8.43 and won by 27 seconds out of a field of 42 runners.
Emma was allowed to run in the Y5 as a nc as she is in Y4 – that did not stop her finishing 5th out of 27 and but for that 2 minute mistake could have finished first.
