After taking a narrow (18 point) lead in to the final event the HALO team of 17 runners were narrowly beaten by a LOG team competing on home territory in Washingborough, on the day and in the Series.
However I can report that HALO won trophy, thanks to Chris who took the Medium Men’s title. So often the runner up in the Poacher, it was a creditable effort from Chris.

Thanks for the success of the Series go to Brian H for compiling the scores and to the other planner Brian S and IT man Pete S.
Also congratulations to LOG and thanks to all the HALO competitors who took part in the Series, which retained its’ competitive edge in the spirit of sport.
Reminder for those running the Lincoln City Race on August 14th, entries are open on Fabian 4.
Not forgetting the HALO babecue on Saturday 6th August.
