A brand new parkrun is starting up in our area – THIS Saturday 4th November 2017 – at Normanby Hall.
If you are getting bored with running round the same old park park, or if you’ve had enough of coping with the hundereds of runners who go to some of our local events, why not give this one a go.
The course is flat and goes through the woods to the west of the site -and there is a pretty good tea shop there as well.
Rod Williams, one of our HALO members, has been a prime mover in getting it going.

Note : there is free parking between 8 & 11 if you show your barcode at the entrance.
