North Bank route is here – amazing – route was 30.01 miles – was the extra 0.01 due to Mary going behind a bush!!
Thanks to all runners and spectators for making it an excellent inaugral event.
Can’t imagine it will be an annual event – perhaps 5 years time – when we will all be 5 years older but have to run an extra 5 miles. At least start then will be close to home at Tealby.
Special mention to Andy Lucas and all from LOG who made the event worthwhile. 30 miles cross country is certainly a feat in itself. Commiserations to Paul who incurred a hip injury half way – at least he now has some ‘HALO’ super wash to rub into his muscles which should provide a miracle cure – hope he’s fit for tonights Poacher.
