Although we currently do not have a Social Secretary on our Committee our programme for Social Activities will continue on similar lines to those that have developed over the past couple of years thanks to Helena’s input.
Therefore the following socials will take place again this year.
Tea in the Tent – Compass Sport Trophy Event – Canklow Woods 11th March
Barbeque – mid August
Awards Evening – end October/early November
Training Weekend (if not 2018 hopefully2019)
New Years Score Event
Plus the regular Spring and Autumn Pub Leagues
Plus the Post Race Analyses after Poacher Events
Plus a new introduction of pub meetings after HALO League Events accross Yorkshire & East Midlands
Anne J has volunteered to co-ordinate the Tea in the Tent but if anyone wishes to take on the role of Social Secretary or just wishes to organise some of the other events they are more than welcome. This position is not necessarily a Committee role, so other such responsibilities are voluntary.
Look forward to seeing new and old members at these Social Events.
