There was great success for the Field family in last Saturday’s British Schools Score Championships. The contest was held this year at Witton Country Park, Blackburn on October 9th.
Both Yasmin and Jake earned Silver medals in the Girls Year 7 and Boys Year 9 respectively, but possibly the best result was for Joe who was 3rd in the Boys Year 5 competition, despite being in Year 4. Well done to them all (and hard luck Zac, who was equal on points with the medal winner in his class, but just missed out on time). Another great advert for the Beverley Club Night (every Monday in term-time from 6:30 to 8:00 at Beverley Longcroft School, plug, plug.)
