      Congratulations to Charlotte who had an impressive win in the Womens Open Race at York on Bank Holiday Monday.  In addition to being the leading women, (by over two minutes), Charlotte also beat all the men on Course B.

      Other HALO runners (apologies if I have missed anyone out):-

      Course A – Neil (27th) and Brian (34th) out of 83 competitors.

      Course B – Helen (42nd) won the Smith family battle ahead of Mike (51th).  Paddy was just behind them after sprinting down an alley that only lead to the Ouse.  Pat had an impresive run securing a top 100 spot.  Amanda broke the hour on her run.

      Course C – Dorothy was the leading HALO competitor finishing ahead of John and Mary.
