Many thanks to Paul for volunteering to plan this inaugural event.
It is many years since we have held such an event and I am sure you will agree it was successful and we all look forward to the other events in Brough, Kirk Ella and Market Weighton.
The format is such that the majority of the planning can be done from the armchair and that the controls do not have to be put out before the event and obviously there is no collecting in to do afterwards (both of which can be laborious) and we are not as reliant on our computer team.
One suggestion was that there could be a chalk marking on each lamppost to signify that it is the correct one;this is certainly worthy of consideration - so may be put into practice at some stage when the planner has time to mark them up beforehand.
Thanks to all for supporting the event and hope to see as many as possible in 2 weeks.
