Many thanks to Anne, mentored and supported by David, for the excellent courses, utilising the area well with both good route choice and intricate precision orienteering on numerous legs. The forest was probably at it's best with a combination of good runnability and slightly impaired visibility.
The competition is certainly hotting up with all trophies up for grabs.
On the short Harry took the scalps of Imogen and former winner Hannah.
On the medium Holly once again won by a comfortable margin from Chris and Megan. Other good runs from Oliver, Emily, Jackie and Elena.
On the long, Liam now has some competition from the winner Joe. All other categories are closely fought. Good runs from Sam (his 3rd consecutive 4th place), John and Dean (now recovering from injury).
Who spotted the same winning times on the Medium and Long? A planner's dream!

Next week parking in same location with the woodland the other side being used, can not guarantee the same runnability - so battle dress recommended.
